The Financial Academy’s Finanssialalle.fi website is designed for everyone interested in the financial services sector: it offers inspiring career stories, direct links to companies’ recruitment pages, information about the Financial Academy network and a basic information package suitable for use as learning material.
Now available also in English, the Fundamentals of financial services is a learning resource that offers a clear overview of the financial services sector. The material consists of four main modules: operating in the financial sector, banking, insurance, and saving and investing.
The material is designed to give a solid introduction to the key concepts and operating methods of the sector. It is suited especially for independent study, orientation and use by educational institutions, but is free to use and accessible to all.
The Financial Academy is a network coordinated by Finance Finland that unites financial organisations and educational institutions. The network’s aim is to share information and know-how between network members and to increase collaboration between financial organisations and educational institutions to better account for changing needs in the sector. The network also seeks to improve the sector’s employer image.
