At work
I am responsible for working life and competence foresight, employer image development and the Financial Academy. I coordinate our work on financial literacy and the sector’s digital transformation, and I also engage extensively in stakeholder cooperation and lobbying at both national and international level. I lead Finance Finland’s working life and financial literacy team.
What was your background before starting at Finance Finland?
I have over 15 years of experience in business leadership management in B2B and service businesses in the education and financial sectors. I’ve served as CEO and led strategic renewal, commercialisation and sales, marketing and communications.
